1. Hall Booking Charges per Day Is From 4pm to Next Day 3pm Only.
2. If entry is made earlier before 4pm the schedule time will be made extra Rs.2000/-
3. Booking Will Be Confirmed Only On Receipt Of 100% Payment
4.Cancellation will be accepted subject to the following conditions.
A. Before 90 Days From The Date Of Function 15% Of The Charges Will Be Deducted.
B. Before 60 Days From The Date Of Function 25% Of The Charges Will Be Deducted.
C. Before 30 Days From The Date Of Function 35% Of The Charges Will Be Deducted.
D. Before 15 Days From The Date Of Function 45% Of The Charges Will Be Deducted.
5. Only One Postponement or Preponement of the Function Date Will Be Allowed Subject to the Hall on Such a Date
6. All Payment Should Be Made By Means Of Crossed Cheque / Demand Draft Drawn in Favour Of ‘dwarka’ Payable at Madurai.
7. slaughtering of Animals Strictly Not Allowed but Non Veg Cooking is Allowed.
8. In Case Of Any Damage Caused If Any, To Furniture, Fixtures Or Any Part Of The Auditorium, Etc.
Actual Cost Will Be Recovered From The Customers.
9. Kitchen Equipments should be arranged by Clients Risk.
10.Locks for Kitchen, Store room ,bride and grooms should be arranged by the customers for the safety purpose.
11. Full payment should be made before function.
12.Age proof of the bride and groom is to be submitted to our office at the time of booking (Bride age should be 18 and grooms age should be 21)
13.6 Security guard will be arranged by us at the date of function. Charges will be made separately for the securities.Rs.1400/-per security guard is to be paid.
14.cash RS.50000/-extra pay refundable deposit.
